Your product would be posted to the respondents by our team, who would track the progress, speak directly with the respondents to ensure they have received the product, are not facing any difficulty using the product and ensuring that the product is returned efficiently. Once respondents have used the product they complete a questionnaire about their experience and return this to our team. We can then analyse all the responses and create a report if required.
